We have with us rich experience in successfully handling the demands of
Centerless Grinder HCG-150. These systems are developed for handling the
through-feed & in-feed grinding process. For safe handling of the
process, the system is provided with separate motorized lubrication
system for grinding wheel head that also comes supported by safety float
switch. Here, our expertise lies in making the system available in max
opening between new vehicles of 1-100 mm and max width in feed grinding
of 150 mm.
The grinding wheel comes with working speed of 1600 R.P.M. (Min), 1800
R.P.M. (Max) and 100 R.P.M. (Max.) and regulating wheel comes in
diameter of 250 mm with width of 150 mm and bore of 110 mm. Further, the
system also features micro feed-fine adjustment for depth of cut as well
as duly balanced grinding wheel for easy loading and unloading. Some of
